OUR STORY

Osborn Law brings a fresh approach to providing legal services
to Newcastle and the wider community.

We pride ourselves on providing practical legal solutions to our clients with timely, sound, cost effective and straight forward legal advice.

Our team, led by principals Tim Osborn and Christie Howson, have a wealth of experience across our focus areas of Commercial, Employment and Property Law as well as Estate Planning and Litigation.  We have strategically targeted these practice areas for development ahead of other practice areas. This focus has resulted in our team possessing a niche set of skills able to provide comprehensive advice, support and representation to our clients whether they be individuals or businesses, large and small.

We build strong long standing relationships with our clients and share the responsibility of achieving their goals, rather than pointing out stumbling blocks in the way of those goals.

We have a strong community focus and commitment and ensure we support and continually contribute to the communities in which we live.

Testimonials
“Tim, Christie and the team at Osborn Law provide us with reliable legal advice. They understand our need to adopt this advice practically in our business, so they deliver it in a pragmatic way, using language that is easy to understand and interpret. They also understand that some of our matters can be urgent, and are always available to deal with these matters at short notice. We enjoy working with Osborn Law and appreciate their genuine approach to delivering legal advice. We have no hesitation in referring our clients and business contacts to the firm as we are confident they will look after them as much as they do us.”
