1.COVID-19 JobSaver payment
Changes have been made to the Covid-19 JobSaver payment so that more businesses can access this payment. To find out more on the guidelines for the payment please Click Here.
2. Fair Work have outlined some options available to workplaces should temporary lock downs occur until the vaccination roll out has been completed including:
a. Working from home;
b. Changes in working hours and duties;
c. Enforceable government directions and stand downs
d. Taking care of a child;
e. Taking leave;
f. Border closures: pay and leave options;
g. Government support;
h. Mental health support.

3. There are also a number of leave options available should an employee be unable to work due to covid related reasons and/or need to quarantine or isolate including:
a. Annual leave;
b. Annual leave at half pay;
c. Unpaid pandemic leave;
d. Sick and carer’s leave;
e. Unpaid leave and other paid leave.
