We are privileged to announce Tasha Wolodko-Kouril as the newest addition to the Osborn Law Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution team. Tasha will be spearheading our litigation work alongside Director, Christie Howson.
Tasha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to us including acting for and advising the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation, the application and operation of security of payment legislation and Workers Compensation matters.
Tasha has also previously worked in specialised debt recovery practices and plans to use this skill set and knowledge to expand upon Osborn Law’s already existing debt recovery team. Osborn Law has always prepared free debtor letters for our existing commercial clients and will continue to do so under Tasha’s lead.
It was this reputation to client commitment along with continual community focus that attracted Tasha to join the Osborn Law team.
Tasha has a special interest in solving problems arising out of or leading to commercial litigation particularly in debt recovery and personal and corporate insolvency. She has also represented liquidators in relation to insolvency related claims against former directors and related third parties.
Tasha says she is dedicated to assisting clients avoid expensive and time-consuming litigation where possible and is looking forward to further building on our team expertise.
We know Tasha will be an asset to the team and both our new and longstanding clients.
