Osborn Law Appoint New Senior Associate
Osborn Law has appointed Sarah Hovanyecz as Senior Associate who joins Solicitor Directors Tim Osborn, Christie Howson and Marissa Dimarco and Senior Associates, Laura Bennett and Alison Garland in their leadership team.
Sarah has over 7 years’ experience in the legal profession and has developed quickly into a very capable lawyer with a very bright future.
Sarah has a particular interest and skillset for commercial transactions, including share sales and purchases; corporate structuring; business sales and purchases; and mergers and acquisitions.
She has also assisted clients with general litigation, debt recovery and employment matters and believes this experience assists her to provide considered and practical advice to her clients about the risks they need to be aware of in their commercial dealings.
Managing Director, Tim Osborn said “Sarah has been a great addition and natural fit to our team since commencing with us in 2018 and has gone from strength to strength since this time.
She prides herself on exceeding client expectations and is passionate about developing a genuine relationship with her clients which are both at the core of our OL values.
Her appointment recognises not only her skill and experience, but her emergence as a leader in the firm and her dedication to client service.
Sarah also has a strong community focus which is part of our DNA as a firm and, as an avid dog lover, is currently a volunteer with Dog Rescue Newcastle. Further, Sarah was integral in coordinating our baking for Soul Café during the Covid-19 shutdown to assist in ensuring their guests continued to be comforted and supported during lockdown.”
Sarah said Osborn Law’s client and community focus was a key consideration for when she joined the firm.
