Osborn Law has appointed Yvonne Reynolds as its first Senior Licensed Conveyancer.
Yvonne has over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession and has been an integral part of the Osborn Law Property Team for over 8 years.
In her new role, Yvonne will lead the residential conveyancing team at Osborn Law which provides assistance in preparing contracts for sale, Leases and Licence Agreements, Option Deeds, Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Rescission as well as advice in relation to “off the plan” contracts, existing Torrens and Strata Title contracts and negotiating terms and First home buyer, non-Australian resident and Verification of Identity requirements.
